Rooted at Colorado State University

β€œLet this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” - Philippians 2:5-11

This is a hymn, or song, that was a part of the Church by the 60s AD! There is a long line of Christians singing, praying, and worshipping God with all they have.

This is what we long to see at Colorado State: college students so close to God, that they join these early Christians and live a life inspired by the humility of Christ. Join us as we continue to walk this same path of faith!

Rooted Gatherings

We meet TUESDAY nights at 6:00 pm (starting August 26th!) to eat pizza, connect with other students, and hear about the roots of Christianity.

On THURSDAY nights at 6:30 pm in Danforth Chapel, we celebrate a prayer and worship service dating back to the 4th Century: Vespers. After Vespers, we continue another ancient practice: having a great time and getting to know one another.

We also have small groups for men each WEDNESDAY at 8:00 pm and for women on WEDNESDAY at 8:00 pm.

All of the exact times, dates, and locations are in the calendar below!
